Job Summary

Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on client/user needs. Has a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system limitations and desired results. Includes analysis of business, user and client needs, documentation of requirements and existing systems and process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties

Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes

Provides end user support for specific application(s)

Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials

Responds to client inquiries involving application questions

Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas

Works on applications problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, including integration issues and anomalies

Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as functional guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May lead small project efforts.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1-3 years of experience.

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Financial Knowledge

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Skills and/or Abilities

Experience with SQL

Experience with SSIS

Experience working with various CMMS systems

Experience with PowerApps is a plus

Experience with PowerBI a plus
