Job Description :
This position is within the F-35 Performance and Decision Analytics (P&DA) team supporting F-35 sustainment performance management, modeling, and analysis. The selected candidate will integrate within the team and outside the team to develop, test, and sustain highly complex technical products that advance Lockheed Martin's ability to sustain the growing F-35 fielded fleet. The selected candidate will:
Drive system integration activities for defining, decomposing, validating, and verifying flow down of contractual requirements for program business decision support systems.
Determine objectives and approaches in the development and maturation of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) technical solutions, including participating in the development of technical solutions and corresponding documentation.
Analyze application/system solution requirements for PBL metric measures, reporting requirements, and assessment of fleet performance.
Mentor and develop technical skills of junior team members. Peer review documentation and technical products created by other team members (products created in Python, Tableau, SQL, and Oracle APEX).
The ideal candidate will have both Systems and Software Engineering experience with products that interface with large databases.
Position will initially be located at main campus location but may, or may not, move to North Beach Street company location in 2019.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
2 Years of software experience with Python, Java, C , or C#
2 Years of database experience with SQL and/or Oracle
Software Engineering and/or Systems Engineering experience and/or degree
Experience with F-35 Sustainment
Experience with large enterprise databases, including Oracle, HANA, or Hadoop
