Support Engineering at Microsoft As a Support Engineer, you will solve high level complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; may include support of additional product line. This position will handle the Azure SQL Database customers and will also support other customers which will require consulting skills as well as in-depth product knowledge and highly polished interfacing skills. There will be a need to work various shifts that fall outside normal business hours which could include nights and weekends. This position will give you an opportunity to leverage your existing knowledge and acquire new skills across a wide variety of technologies including the Windows platform, PowerShell, C and C#.
