Customer Service Representative
Are you an experienced customer service representative looking for a more analytical position? We're looking for you!
Client is looking for support in resolving issues, supplying credentials, providing training, and analyzing information trends. The person hired would get to analyze system processes and configuration settings.
To be considered for the position, applicants must possess the following:
Associates degree in technology field
Experience with xml and csv files
Experience in data analytics
Proficient in 1 scripting languages
Experience with SQL queries
The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and previous experience in project management. Additionally, the applicant must have exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize matters while juggling multiple activities simultaneously.
