SUMMARY

Bering Global Solutions, LLC (BGS), a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified (PL/SQL Developer) for (THE F-15 EAIS SUPPORT CONTRACT).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The PL

/ SQL Developer

will be responsible to properly maintain source code sets and necessary technical documentation, and assist the DBA's in overall database maintenance

Analyze and ensure efficient transition of all technical design documents and develop various SQL

packages to provide support to all application developers

Monitor and recommend changes if required to all PL

/ SQL

packages and provide stored procedures and design and develop various relational database.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications

25 years experience developing PL/SQL in an Oracle environment.

20 years experience Database design and Administration.

Proficient in an assortment of technologies, including Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, .Net framework. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Oracle 10g Database Administration

SQLoader, SQL Plus

PL/SQL Developer

Client/Server architecture

Preferred

Visual Studio VB.Net Applications

Oracle R12 P2P App

Database Design

SQL Tuning in an Oracle Environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
