You*ll add value to our solutions process by applying your expertise in creative and challenging ways. ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Analyzing open source collected data collected to provide insight on a particular topic * Organizing and packaging data to demonstrate findings * Presenting data and analysis to management team and clients * Coordinating with the development team to perfect or supplement collected data * Researching new data sources and analytical tools
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: * 3 to 4 years of experience in a data analyst role * Ability to assess, develop business understanding, and summarize large volumes of data * Ability to summarize and move data from disparate data storage methods * Excellent communication skills * seriously, you need to be able to listen, present, debate, and express yourself with clarity and conviction * Love for data, details, analytics, NLP, sentiment analysis, data simplification and accuracy * Advanced proficiency with presentation and data analysis tools * Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment (with others) * Strong proclivity for identifying creative solutions to complex problems * Experience with SQL and relational databases
EDUCATION: * Bachelors (or higher) degree in information science, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
