Position Details:
Condrey Corporation is seeking an individual to work on our Software testing team. This position will involve:
Testing new software and updates/fixes to currently shipping software
Building and maintaining both simple and complex file server networking environments for testing
Developing and executing testing suites
Working closely with Software Engineering and Technical Support teams to locate and troubleshoot issues
Candidate should have:
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience with Microsoft Server technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
Fluency with at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, etc)
Experience with VMWare
Experience with SQL databases
Experience with Linux
General networking expertise
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
A drive to excel
Additional knowledge/expertise in the following areas is desired:
Experience with eDirectory technologies including Netware, OES2, OES11, and Novell workstation clients
Previous experience in software testing and troubleshooting
Knowledge of networking security concepts
Production systems management experience on both Novell and Windows platforms
Production experience in Active Directory and/or eDirectory Administration and Management
Production experience in supporting Windows or Novell Servers in a large environment
