Apply your data analytics expertise to provide data-informed insights to help drive decisions for commercial, logistics, financial, environmental, compliance, and operational efforts.\u00a0 A Day In The Life Typically Includes:\u00a0 The Data Analyst will work with project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements; design, develop, implement, and maintain business analytics solutions; and interpret results using a variety of data analysis techniques independently.\u00a0The Data Analyst is an IT professional who is familiar with a variety of data analysis concepts, practices, and technologies and can apply this knowledge to help the business improve capabilities, eliminate waste, and capture additional revenue opportunities. KAES and its subsidiaries produce, market, and distribute more than 13 million tons of fertilizer products annually world-wide. This environment creates a wealth of opportunities to develop and apply your skills and explore diverse technology and a variety of career paths.\u00a0 What You Will Need:\u00a0 Experience developing and supporting business analytics applications Experience with SQL to include PL\/SQL or Transact SQL Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving ability Able to prioritize, organize and coordinate simultaneous tasks\/projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with software vendors to solve application issues Bachelor\u2019s Degree What Will Put You Ahead? Experience with AWS data analytics tools Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) Experience designing and supporting databases and\/or data warehouses Data modeling experience ETL design and support experience Able to provide recommendations to improve functional, technical, & architectural designs Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Math, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics Want to learn more about our Management Philosophy (Market-Based Management?)
