Responsibilities/Duties
Responsible for building and managing server technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, remote access and supporting infrastructure.
Support, implement and manage services in Office 365 and Azure.
3rd line support ensuring incidents and SRs are responded to within SLA's.
Monitor capacity and performance of all services ensuring maximum availability.
Maintaining and supporting server infrastructure and cloud services.
Ensure operational support documentation is complete and accurate.
Working to identify improvements and upgrades to IT infrastructure.
Performance analysis, tuning and hardware upgrades.
Skills/Experience
You will be able to demonstrate the following…
Excellent experience in administering and implementing services in Azure.
Excellent experience in managing and administering services in Office 365, including Exchange online.
Excellent understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and other Microsoft administrative technologies.
Proven experience working with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
Experience with SQL Server 2016/2019 and database administration.
Good knowledge and experience working with VMware (ESXi/vCenter).
Good knowledge with using PowerShell.
Experience with SAN storage configuration and volume allocation technologies.
An understanding of networking and security concepts.
Good knowledge using Mimecast or other email management solutions.
Knowledge of Veeam or similar backup and replication technologies.
Experience with VPN technologies.
2 Years' experience supporting cloud/on-prem infrastructure services.
Desirable
Experience with Cisco Routers/Switches/Meraki/Telephony.
Knowledge of AWS.
SCCM and Endpoint Manager.
