SQL Server/Highcharts: Responsive/Drill Down Org Chart
CLARIFICATION: This project is pure JS using the [login to view URL] package, html (for proof of work only) and TSQL. NO server side development is required aside from the SQL query itself and the output should have no other dependencies.
We are a small business implementing an internal SAAS app with Highcharts.
We require a Highchart Organisation chart as per the example at: [login to view URL]
Other chart properties required:
1. Responsive to allow full page expansion
2. Two box types: Unit and Position
3. Drill Down by Unit level (Co and Division with Departments Listed-->Dept Detail with Sections Listed-->Sect Detail)
4. Unit Box content: unit name, person in charge name, total positions/ filled positions/vacant positions
5. Position Box content: position name, person name, years of service, optional photo
6. Deliberate org level box colors set in the JS code
7. Note: SQL data will be passed to JS client side function via server side script. We will handle the pass through.
Deliverables:
1. TSQL queries required to deliver the correctly formatted data for chart consumption
2. JS Code for data preparation and chart definition.
