Job Summary:
This position will provide support to an organization of 1200 people in Subsea Equipment O&G Engineering. This person will also develop pivotal information, tools, and capabilities for all of the 2500 people across the full subsea O&G organization.
This role will develop digital solutions that will revolutionize how the engineering organization operates. Our organization is transitioning from the classical linear methods of working where plants and people were all collocated toward newer digital methods that connect global workflows by a common digital thread.
Specific activities in this role will depend on the experience and skillset of the individual being considered.

Bachelors level degree in Engineering, or related field.

Experience in product engineering or large scale cross-discipline project execution,

Experience creating digital solutions for end users (digital tools / user interface / user experience / DevOps / Polarion),
Experience with financial tracking & reporting (Sales & Operations planning / Budgeting / Accounting / financial modeling)
